Portfolio Overview

Context: Mobile shoppers struggled to evaluate products and finish checkout. My role: UX audit, journey mapping, responsive redesign, and prototype validation. Constraints: Third-party cart and limited theme control. Key Decisions: Humanizing the pet adoption experience, making it easier for shelters to find adoptees. Outcome: Clearer PDP, tighter checkout, and smoother mobile paths that supported purchase decisions

Context: A jobs platform connecting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC talent with employers. The problem: salary ranges were buried in job descriptions (if they were there), job seekers couldn't tell which jobs were sponsored, and applying for roles was difficult and sent job seekers to other job boards. My role: I led UX/UI across research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Team size of about 5 and a 2-month timeline Key Decisions: Making salary ranges very noticeable for job seekers, differentiating between what roles are full-time or part-time and career level, and ensuring that the job seekers have all the information needed to make an informed decision regarding whether or not to apply. Outcome: The site is live and appears to be working so far. I don't know a lot about the metrics, as I was a contractor/consultant. What would I do again: I would lead a research process and got to really interview more job seekers about their woes with the job search to find out more of their pain points.

Context: Multiple frontend builds had inconsistent patterns, long forms, and clunky mobile behavior. My role: I defined a lot of the standards and built the designs to follow.
